*Screams*

I am about to smack Daniel, Victor and Orville! Daniel and Victor can't get along for two seconds. Orville won't quit writing me dumb, sappy love letters. What is their deal?
The costume ball is getting closer and Daniel won't stop talking about how much fun we're going to have. Victor keeps talking about the time he, Roz and Gina sunk into a ball. And Orville will not quit asking me to parties and balls!

My Big Party!

Guess what? I'm having my own ball! I'm allowed to invite whom ever I want, I get to pick the music and the theme! I think I'm going to have a Hollywood theme or maybe just a sparkly theme...
But when I told Gina and Roz they freaked out! I'm going to loan them several of my dresses (they like them, I don't). I told Victor and all he said was, " Cool" What is his problem? This is going to be the best ball ever!

More Costume Ball!!

I have finally convinced Gran to let me go to the ball as a butterfly and Daniel has agreed to go as a Caterpillar! I'm going to have a slinky, purple, shiny dress with matching wings! Daniel is going to wear a green, shiny tux kind of thing.
I told all this to Victor at breakfast, and he got kind of mad and stalked off. He can't have a crush on me, can he? No, he's not that kind of dude. Right?

Victor

This morning Victor and I were sitting at the kitchen table eating cereal when Daniel Marched in and plunked down right beside me. Okay, I was wearing my pink bunny PJ's with fuzzy purple slippers, so I was really embarrassed. Then Victor and Daniel started arguing! I was half awake but I have this weird idea that they were mad because the other one was with me too often.
Oh, and I am STILL getting letters from Orville.

Slumber party!

Gina and Roz are spending the night tonight, which obviously means popcorn, movies and Truth or Dare.

Gina: 'Mona, truth or dare?

Me: Uh...

Roz: Truth!

Me: Okay.

Gina: Did you know Victor has the biggest crush on you?

Me: Uh, no.

Roz: You didn't notice how he like worships the ground you walk on?

Me: Uh, no.

Gina: How could you not notice? He stares at you in class.

Roz: Yeah and he gets REALLY grumpy when you are with other guys.

Me: Are you serious?

Gina: Ya.

Me: OHMIGOSH! Are you serious?

Roz: He totally likes you.

Me: How do you know?

Gina: It's really obvious.

Roz: You should have seen the look on his face when you said you were going to that ball with Daniel.

More Costume Ball!

Gran will not listen to me! I do not want to go as Cinderella! Of course Daniel is taking me and he LOVES the Cinderella idea. I told them I want to go as a butterfly and that Daniel should go as a caterpillar. But, no, they think I should go as a Princess. I could show up in jeans and be a Princess.

Costume Ball!

I am really excited, I just got invited to a costume ball! Gran has booked the seamstress, she (Gran) wants me to go as Cinderella. I want to go as a butterfly, mother wants me to go as a movie star, Stella wants me to go as a bride and Theo wants me to go as a baby.
I am totally determined to go as a butterfly!

*Scream*

I can't stand this! Theo found my journal and shared it with Stella and Daniel! I am about to go and strangle Theo, he is so annoying! I can't have any privacy! I mean, can't people in this castle respect other people's things!

AARRRGGGHHH!

I think I am about explode! The Mackenzies are still here, Stella is being a twit, Theo isn't helping, and Victor is being antisocial again. As much as I like Daniel he's starting to drive me bananas!
I am getting really annoyed with Victor, he gets so grumpy every time I get a letter or I have to entertain some diplomat's kids. Roz says it's just a phase and that her brother used to act like this. Gina says he's just mad because his sister ran off with the pastry cook. Personally I agree with Roz.
Also Theo broke his arm trying to jump his horse over a wall. The horse made it, he didn't. Of course nearly every girl in the country has either kissed or signed his cast. So in addition to being obnoxious he keeps going on and on about the girls he's met. I mean, who cares?

They are still here

The McKenzies are still here! We've mainly been playing video games and going riding. Of course all of them had top come to school with me and I have to take them everywhere I go, it's getting really annoying! I like them all, but after a week they are REALLY getting on my nerves!
Stella isn't helping either, I've been dragging Daniel, Alexander, James, George and Allen to dress fittings and the florist's. And believe me, those are not places to take a crowd of boys. And Daniel is such a suck up, every time I ask him who I look he goes into raptures!
Great, Stella wants to go shopping again!

The Mackenzies

So the McKenzies arrived this evening. They boys are pretty nice, they looked rather good in those kilts. We wore the national dress, white ankle-length dresses with twelve petty coats, the last one being tartan. That's only for the girls, obviously. They guys just wore suits.
Tomorrow I want to take them riding and to see Abigale. Then I guess I could take them to school with me on Monday... I'm really confused, what do you do with guys all week? I'll have to ask Victor.

Fall!

Fall is the most beautiful season in Dagmar. All the trees are red and gold. Of course while I'm trying to enjoy the weather Stella keeps annoying me about my wardrobe. And not just my "going places" wardrobe, she wants me to get rid of all my comfy jeans and sweaters! I told this to Victor, Gina and Roz. I let Gina and Roz shop my closet so they were really excited. But Victor was like, "whats wrong with what you've got on?"
Theo and I have been taking Lucy and Darcy (our horses) out more lately. The other day we rode over to our farm to watch them harvesting the crops. We met the cutest baby belonging to one of the farmers, the baby's name is Abigale. Tomorrow we are going to take some toys down to her. Theo and I are also going to ride through some of the smaller villages soon.
Of course some new dignitary is arriving tonight. These ones are Scottish, so we are all going to wear tartans, Dagmar was settled by the Scots at one point. They are bringing their families and I have charge of Daniel, Alexander, George, James and Allan. I really don't know what I'm going to do with these boys all week.
And that is the first week of fall for you.

Sorry I haven't written in a while, Stella's been dragging me all over creation to look at ugly wedding junk. I also had a HUGE history test. Then my computer died and Barry couldn't fix it so I had to send it to the shop...
But anyway I'm back!
